I Did It!!!

I did it! I completed my first ever layout! (Okay, not quite first EVER, but first serious...) Let me explain. After I got married almost five years ago, I thought it would be a great idea to make a scrapbook of our wedding pictures, but I was in the middle of taking 17 credits and almost starting student teaching. I also really wasn't interested in scrapbooking, had no idea card making even existed, and had no idea about all the amazing products that would be coming out in the years to come, so I spent $50.00 (exactly by the way) to buy two albums, a pack of paper, and some stickers, and pretty much threw the pictures in the book and wa-lah!

Since then, my sister successfully addicted me to making cards 2 1/2 years ago, and I have spent way too much money, met some amazing friends, and found a hobby I love! But in the back of my mind, I kept thinking, "I'll never try a layout because I'll never get that done, and cards are just quicker, etc, etc, etc." But I was at my sister's house on Friday, and she has the cutest projects in her house, and she said, "You should just try one." So wa-lah! I think I'm majorly lacking a focal point, but it was so much fun, and I got it done all in one day. So this is for all of you who thought you never had time to do a layout. "You should just try one."
